03
Family therapy

Understanding family dynamics and supporting healthier relationships.

Family therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach that understands the family as a system in which relationships, communication patterns and dynamics among its members influence each person's emotional wellbeing.

The aim of therapy is to understand these dynamics and encourage changes that help establish healthier and more functional relationships.

In a safe and respectful space, each person is encouraged to express their experience and feel heard, promoting greater mutual understanding and the development of new tools for facing difficulties.

The intervention is adapted to the characteristics and needs of each family and may include joint or individual sessions when necessary, always with the aim of improving family functioning and supporting the wellbeing of its members.

04
EMDR therapy

Trauma processing and relief from emotional distress

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapeutic approach especially used to work with traumatic experiences and other situations that have a significant emotional impact in both adults and children.

From the EMDR model, some experiences may be stored in a dysfunctional way, keeping associated emotions, bodily sensations, thoughts or memories that continue to affect the person in the present.

Through bilateral stimulation (eye movements, sounds or alternating taps), EMDR supports adaptive processing of these experiences so that they can be integrated and no longer generate the same level of distress.

Treatment is adapted to each person's pace and needs, always prioritising safety and emotional stability.

05
Body-oriented therapies

Integrating the body and emotional experience.

Body-oriented therapies are psychotherapeutic approaches that integrate work with the body and emotional experience. They are based on the relationship between the body, thoughts and emotions, paying attention to physical sensations, bodily tension and physiological responses associated with psychological distress.

Through different techniques, the aim is to support body awareness, emotional regulation and a reduction in physiological activation, facilitating a greater connection with one's own needs and resources.
